CANCELLATION POLICY
We charge full cost on all missed, no shows or less than 24 hours notice on appointments.  With less than 24 hours we will be unlikely to fill the appointment, if we do, of course you would not be charged.  

This policy is put in place purely to protect our income, most businesses do this now.  We take card details for online bookings through Phorest, deposits and appointments so if you do not turn up the booking system will automatically charge you full cost of your treatment.
All staff are self employed therapists and rely soley on this income.
Failure to pay will result in future appointments being cancelled or another appointment refused.
